Pim van den Akker made a base out of grinded moss and used raffia the create over seventy 'tentacles'. A knotted and woven structure of raffia holds beautiful Phalanopsis. In the tentacles the Callas and Dianthus flowers really shine. This design was accompanied by cannelonni, wrapped in kataifi and filled with a basil pesto, served by chef Yuri Verbeek.
